🚀 About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated students or freshers who are passionate about UI/UX design and eager to gain real-world startup experience.
This is a 5-month intensive internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to real product development, user research, and production-level design implementation.
Outstanding performers will be considered for a Performance-Based PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) along with profit-sharing opportunities based on contribution and impact.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components
- Iterate designs based on feedback and user insights
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends and best practices
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Students (any year) or recent graduates (Freshers only)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
- Familiarity with Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch / Similar tools
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience in academic or personal design projects
- Understanding of responsive design principles
