Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and imaginative Creative Illustrator Intern to create digital artwork, character concepts, vector graphics, and marketing assets for real-world projects. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the design team to transform creative briefs into engaging visual content.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on creative projects, strengthen illustration skills, and build a professional portfolio. The internship begins with a two-month unpaid probation period, followed by a performance-based stipend of up to ₹5,000 per month. Outstanding performance may lead to a potential full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital illustrations, character concepts, and vector graphics.


• Design engaging visual assets for marketing campaigns.


• Develop creative elements for brand identity and visual communication.


• Create illustrations and graphics for UI mockups.


• Collaborate with the design team to understand and execute creative briefs.


• Refine artwork based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.


• Maintain consistency in visual style, color, and design quality.


• Organize project files and deliver clean, properly structured design assets.


• Manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.


• Explore new illustration techniques, creative concepts, and design trends.

Required Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in digital art and illustration.


• Understanding of anatomy, color theory, lighting, and perspective.


• Proficiency in at least one digital illustration tool, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Procreate.


• A portfolio showcasing character design, digital illustration, or related artwork.


• Creativity, imagination, and attention to visual detail.


• Good communication and collaboration skills.


• Effective time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Skills

• Basic familiarity with Figma.


• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation fundamentals.


• Experience with freelance illustration or design projects.


• Experience creating self-initiated concept art series.


• Understanding of marketing design and brand identity.


• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and creative workflows.

Performance & Growth Path

• Internship Duration: Two-month unpaid probation period.


• Performance-Based Stipend: Up to ₹5,000 per month after the probation period, based on performance.


• Evaluation: Performance may be assessed based on creativity, design quality, task completion, communication, and adherence to deadlines.

Please note that the first two months are unpaid. A stipend of up to ₹5,000 per month may be offered thereafter based on performance. A full-time opportunity is not guaranteed and will depend on performance and organizational requirements.
